This retail location had the advantage of having a massive exterior space. Implementing the landscaping plan created by the architect the photo realistic renderings below were created to illustrate the exterior. The idea of the space was to create a "park like" exterior to make it friendly for the community and draw people to the retail location. Jessica selected all the paving and stone materials for the space. Coordinating with the landscaper and all moving parts for the space she managed the project, the rendering created were the perfect tool for that process. All exterior selections were carefully made to balance out the interior design with the exterior.
